About the Job:
The Sr. Product Manager I is responsible for driving the strategy and vision for Taco Bell’s Amperity ecosystem and end-to-end customer data. With this role, the opportunities are endless: This role will be part of a highly motivated data engineering team, working collaboratively across Yum! Brands, and get to explore segment insights to support MarTech evolution.
The Day-to-Day:
- Own and manage Taco Bell’s customer data platform and end-to-end customer data use within, from ingestion and unification to insights and activation
- Train, educate, and motivate stakeholder teams to maximize the usage of the CDP platform and assist in measuring effectiveness.
- Take the lead in drafting of data dictionary and business glossary in partnership with cross-functional data stewards
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to explore segment insights, set up new destinations, and syndicate data to several tools and channels for marketing.
- Assist in understanding the Customer Lifecycle of entry, exit, and movement across life cycle stages.
- Support MarTech journey of personalized marketing and effective customer segmentation
Is This You?
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering; or equivalent years of experience
- At least 5 years of experience within own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
- Experience working in Customer data platforms, preferably Amperity, and proficient in SQL.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop fact-based recommendations to solve problems, using structured methodologies; Ability to solve technical problems alongside engineers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and build strategic partnerships
- Outstandingwritten and verbal presentationskills

Salary Range: $108,700 to $164,670 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
