About the Job:
The mission of the Analyst on the Taco Bell IT Restaurant Technology Openings Team is to promptly lead and manage technologies as it pertains to Taco Bell asset changes. The Implementation Analyst accomplishes this by driving and leading the workflows, processes, tools, and partners that are required to effectively implement and transfer technology as each project requires. The Implementation Analyst acts as a conduit of information, relaying project schedules, escalations, and technology changes to the appropriate internal and external partners to achieve targeted store openings.
The Day-to-Day:
- Manage and execute the implementation of new technologies being installed at new and remodel Taco Bell restaurants.
- Lead the transfer of technologies when Taco Bell “Re-Franchises” a restaurant(s) or when a franchisee partner transfers restaurants to another franchisee.
- Oversee and track the removal of technologies when Taco Bell closes a restaurant.
- Work cross-functionally with vendors and peers on new processes and technologies that can aid in new and remodeled restaurants.
- The ability to diagnose technical issues when they arise and escalate them to the appropriate vendor or product IT team to ensure appropriate problem and time management of project timeline.
- Reports the status of deployments to all levels of leadership
Is This You?
- BS/BA in Computer Science and/or equivalent training or experience
- At least 3 years of IT experience (QSR or retail environment preferred)
- Experience with MS Office suite (Outlook. Word, Excel, Powerpoint), ServiceNow, AppDynamics
- The ability to work independently, establish priorities, and proceed with objectives to meet timelines and dates in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to solve problems creatively and the ability to learn, understand and apply new technologies.
- Excellent oral and written communication with the ability to build relationships and influence processes

Salary Range: $66,600 to $95,040 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
