About the Job:
The Problem Management Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of problem investigations and drives impact across the Taco Bell business. This is achieved through facilitating root cause investigations by progressing and reporting on the implementation of corrective and preventative measures. With this role, the opportunities are endless: You’ll collaborate with others to complete incident and problem analysis for various cross-functional partners including Taco Bell Operations, Reliability Services, TB Service Desk, and Technology Leadership. The Problem Management Analyst will report to the Service Desk Operations Supervisor.
The Day-to-Day:
- Produce statistics and reports regarding incident trend data to identify and eliminate root causes.
- Partner cross-functionally to lead and drive the problem lifecycle process to ensure resolutions and permanent fixes are deployed to the field to contribute to the overall smooth operation of the business.
- Provide real-time analysis of call spikes, identifying trends and potential root cause to timely capture relevant information for problem management and assist with the handling of the problem.
- Develop, improve, and maintain department processes for problem management life cycle.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow and Infrastructure developers to create tools for accurate capturing and reporting of information related to incidents and outages.
- Meet with Service Desk analysts, trainers and leadership to review and refine problem management processes to ensure accurate data capture at all levels of problem and incident lifecycle.
Is This You?
- Degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or Information Systems preferred.
- At least 2 years’ experience working in Incident, Problem Management, or data analytics role.
- At least 1 year experience creating and maintaining reports with data modeling.
- Experience with the following tools and platforms preferred: PowerBI, ServiceNow, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Sharepoint

Salary Range: $59,900 to $85,470 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
