About the Job:

As part of Taco Bell’s Digital Brand Marketing team, you will support the team to drive adoption and engagement for the Taco Bell loyalty program with programs like Taco Lover’s Pass & Fan Favorite Voting. The role will be responsible for learning the key details and steps of the innovation cycle from idea formation & validation, through test, national launch and analysis to support the Sr. Associate Marketing Manager (AMM).

The Day-to-Day:

  • Support Sr. AMM with development of a pipeline of validated innovative digital ideas that drive acquisition and engagement with key segments.
  • Assist team to identifying dependable research tools (internal & external) to help understand business and loyalty growth opportunities.
  • Build a foundational knowledge of the business model, loyalty category landscape, and QSR industry.
  • Help prepare presentations for partners at all levels with Sr. AMM direction that effectively story tell for relevant audiences.
  • Coordinate cross-functional discussions that support and drive forward digital acquisition workstreams.
  • Learn how to interpret and use consumer insights & data to tell a story.
  • Generate timelines and workback schedules for projects and creative campaigns to support national & test launches.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Brand teams to draft creative briefs for our agencies to develop campaign assets.
  • Demonstrate ability to collaboratively brainstorm and explore new brand and business opportunities.
  • Stay up to date on loyalty category trends and competitive digital launches to provide a point-of-view back to the team.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional peers to capture inputs from multiple points of view.
  • Work with Sr. AMM, cross-functionals and agencies to provide objective creative & copy feedback.
  • Efficiently assist peers and partners when sought out for information related to digital product/experiences or programs.
  • Consistently participate & engage in team bonding events and Marketing Department culture building activities.

Is This You?

  • 4+ years’ experience with brand management or related experience
  • BA required; business degree preferred
  • 1-2 years’ experience with project management, cross-functional coordination / organization
  • 1+ years’ experience with creative & communication brief writing or agency experience
  • Microsoft Office skills; strong Powerpoint skills
  • Genuine passion for food, digital & customer experience
  • Strong internal motivation, intellectual curiosity, logical yet flexible thinking, and desire to have a large impact on ourorganization
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to work independently and multi-task in a complex, fast-paced, and deadline-drivenenvironment
  • Ability to work within a very collaborative environment
  • Resourceful in nature, with strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills

Salary Range:­­ $82,400-$117,590 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
