About the Job:

The Technology Coordinator plays a key role in achieving strategic and tactical objectives for the Service Desk department. The coordinator is responsible for providing operational support, managing projects and initiatives, and performing high-level administrative functions.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Manage logistics of events and conferences, (ie. FRANMAC and quarterly SD events) drive agenda, speakers, and content creation.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and other stakeholders on the status and progress of IT services and projects to effectively support the restaurants
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations to support operational projects and initiatives related to the Service Desk and Operations.
  • Assist the Service Desk and Operations teams by contributing to IT service projects, focusing on enhancing system efficiencies, user support, and technology solutions
  • Partner with team leads to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain supplies and equipment for the 100+ Service Desk team, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace for a team
  • Impact Mitigation, ensure the department remains adequately resourced and supported to prevent disruptions to service and delays in resolving restaurant-reported issues by engaging in specialized tasks that align with strategic IT objectives and operational goals
  • Ensure management and staff are updated on schedule changes, seating assignments, and other relevant information promptly and effectively.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion, following the organization's policies and procedures

Is This You?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably in a technology or service-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision, meeting deadlines and expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Salary Range: $32-34/hour
